Magmaker Ltd

Magmaker is a small magazine publishing company based near Cambridge. I have built several sites for them, all maintained through a central content management system:

Magmaker: This is their main web presence, and includes online magazine subscriptions, integrated with WorldPay for payments.
Making Cards Magazine and Parchment Craft Magazine: The sites for the Magmaker magazines. As well as the usual news and forums, we have recently added paid downloads of craft projects in PDF format, either singly or by subscription.

Passion For Life Healthcare

Passion For Life is an Epsom-based company that manufactures and distributes innovative healthcare products worldwide. I’ve worked with them for 10 years, and have been through many incarnations of website in that time…

Passion For Life Direct Sales: A custom-built e-commerce solution to sell their range of products online.
Snoreeze and Give Up Snoring: Snoreeze, their best selling product, has a site which is expandable to accommodate the many countries in which Snoreeze is sold. Give Up Snoring is a micro-site which accompanies the latest Snoreeze advertising campaign.
Peditech, Audiclean and Bio-Fem: Individual sites for three more of Passion For Life’s product range…

Be The Change: Be The Change is an annual conference whose aim is to “change the way we think about issues and to explore the means of achieving effective systems change”. The site takes bookings for the conference, and more recently for training symposiums (symposia?).

Unhooked Thinking: An annual conference held in Bath, enquiring into the very nature of addiction. This also has a custom-built web booking system.

Wiltshire County Cricket League: The Wiltshire League came to me wanting a site which would gather results with the minimum of fuss – and be usable by the less computer-savvy of their members. One year on, it’s been a great success, and a huge improvement over the previous answerphone-based results service!

Trowbridge Cricket Club: This is the club I’ve played for for the last 10 years; I’ve run this site for 5 of those. Fixtures, results, averages, league tables – it’s all here as soon as it’s happened…
